3. Lead Generation & DSA Disclosure
As a lead generation platform, we act as an intermediary. Your data is passed to:
The DSA Network: Specifically our partnership via various different direct selling agents, which acts as the fulfilment engine for loan and insurance products.
Regulated Entities: Information is transmitted to RBI/IRDAI regulated entities through secure APIs or encrypted channels to ensure your data is only handled by authorized personnel.
4. Data Retention and Erasure
We do not store your data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Once a lead is successfully converted or definitively rejected by the financial institution, and the mandatory statutory period for record-keeping expires, we shall take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize your data upon your specific request (“Right to be Forgotten”).
